If the product is defective, you will be covered by our product warranty and the consumer guarantees under Australian consumer law.
FAULTY/DAMAGED GOODS ON ARRIVAL
If any product you receive is damaged or faulty through no fault of your own, it will be repaired, replaced or refunded at our discretion, and at no cost to you. If you notice any damage to your goods please notify our delivery drivers or our Customer Service team on 02 9299 9090 within 24 hours of delivery. We recommend you thoroughly inspect your goods when they arrive. We may require confirmation of the damage by way of a photograph for damage assessment. If organising a courier yourself, please note we are not liable for damages in transit, please contact your courier or our Customer Service team on 02 9299 9090 if this does happen.
Please note that sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If your approved refund is late or missing, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
